At Fancy Fiesta Production we start by coordinating the perfect location.... whether it’s a traditional Hall, beautiful Mansion, sophisticated Ballroom, elegant Yacht or a Garden Event at your home each one unique in its own way.

Your Catering Specialist will guide you through planning a menu specific to your tastes. House specialties include Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Artichoke topped with Béchamel Sauce, Top Round Beef with a Raspberry Relish and Lemon Herb Salmon. Your Celebration will include a menu customized just for you, with your favorite selections from our extensive menu.

Special dietary requirements are never a problem. Our Professional Chef has extensive culinary training.

Our Wedding Packages are complete and include Service Staff, Linens in your choice, China in several patterns, Flatware, all necessary Serving Equipment and Complete Bar Set-ups, including everything necessary for the bar.

A Fancy Fiesta offers complete Coordination included with all events. Several weeks prior to your affair, our Consultant will meet with you to review the final details of your day, including scheduling, special requests and last minute details that culminate in a perfect day.

We are available by appointment with menu consultation and tasting available.  We offer tasting at a fee of Thirty dollars per person, cheerfully refundable upon booking an event.
