-  All package require a 10% deposit to hold event date.

- There is no additional charge for Corkage or Cake Cutting.

- Packages which include Event Planning/ Day of Coordinator consist of the:  Event Logistics,  Layout,  Design & Timing Schedules of Event.  *** The Event Planning for The Platinum Grand Affair is Customized and Extensive. An Event Coordinator/ Planner will be specifically designated for this Package.

- Children under 9 years of age and Vendors pay 1/2 price.

- A 15%  Service Charge and 7% Tax will be added to Contract total.

- Prices are subject to change without notice, unless contract or deposit is finalized.
